On October 19 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia in collaboration with TikTok, the top app for short video making and watching, launches #ФэшнВикХауз (in eng. #FashionWeekHouse) as a part of the annual MBFW Russia reality show on TikTok. For 5 days of the Fashion Week, MBFW Russia's official account @mbfwrussia will present a collaboration of
5 gifted platform users. The project embraces fashion experts and authors working on TikTok:
Alex in style (
@alexinstyle) – a fashion influencer Alex Ondar, who promotes minimalism basics, shares style hacks and covers trends;
Lana Nisnevich (
@nisnevich) – a fashion critic, ex fashion editor for Cosmopolitan, nominated by Glamour as Influencer 2021, author of an educational fashion blog. Lana isn't concerned about trends or novelties – she studies fashion from the inside and tells her followers who fashion and culture overlap along with gender and society;
Astemir (
@astemir.me) – a fashion blogger and stylist. Free of charge, he shares and shows his tricks that other stylists sell in their information products on Instagram;
Evgeny Stelmah (
@jeniastelmah) – in plain terms, he explains the basics of self-care. In his blog, he shares beauty goodies and explains that both ladies and gentlemen require self-care;
Anastasia Yanb (
@nastya.yanb) – she works on an developing TikTok's fashion department, promoting brands at this platform and teaching the creator's profession. Every day, these authors will share their videos on different fashion-related subjects on TikTok, go on air and post content from catwalk shows in collaboration with each other. the third annual Reality Show will set off in the MBFW Russia's official TikTok account (
@mbfwrussia). Throughout the Fashion Week, shows by the top designers will be broadcasted along with every day
live streams participated by creators, stylists, journalists, designers, and experts, covering trend topics and sharing insights. The key subject of the oncoming Fashion Week reality show will be style – both in terms of theory and practice. On Day 1 of the reality show, they will speak about trends and anti-trends, and street style, as well as try to predict the prospective trends. Day 2 should be attended by those interested in wardrobe essentials and proper brand clothing wearing, as well as those willing to know where fashion editors and influencers get their garments. On Day 3, speakers will consider current trends, sustainable fashion and brand collaboration, as well as influencers and their impact on the industry. Day 4 will offer some practical advice – shopping lists, accessories, and photo posing. Day 5 will complete the reality show. There, the experts will consider momentous looks of celebrities, fast fashion, bags and high-heels.
