Mercedes De Alba (Spain)
The Spanish brand Mercedes De Alba is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Creative director Marina Alcantara De Alba creates clothing for children and teenagers and is the leader of this segment in Spain. As part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia, she became the only foreign designer to present her collection in Moscow. The new collection is called "ENSUEÑO", which can be translated from Spanish as"dream". The images turned out to be airy and weightless thanks to tulle, brocade, lace, feathers and layering. For girls, the designer offers floor-length dresses with full skirts, an abundance of details and embroidered capes. Bermuda shorts, sweatshirts with a turn-down collar and contrasting cuffs turn boys into young sailors. The women's part of the collection is more strict: dense textures, sheath dresses, pantsuits. But large pearls and fancy flower sleeves help add lightness. The entire collection is made in discreet powdery shades.

Viviano (Japan)
The online presentation of the Vivano brand from Tokyo differs from the traditional idea of minimalistic Japanese fashion. A riot of colors and multi-layered silhouettes are the main features of the new Fleurage collection. A bright maxi dress made of multi-layered tulle in the color scheme resembles a sunset: it is made in bright blue, coral and purple. Deconstructed black jacket repeats the decor of the dress, but in scarlet shades. A dark coat with a wide leather belt looks like a samurai kimono in silhouette. It is complemented by a light shirt over a checkered sundress. The final image of the collection is a maxi-length hoodie dress in light pink color, which is decorated with a print of giant roses.

PAINTERS (South Korea)
The Korean brand PAINTERS asks a question about new beauty and aesthetics in each of its collections. The brand's ideology is not based on perfect proportions and precisely adjusted dimensions, but on the individuality of each person and freedom of expression. The new collection "Lost" is dedicated to creative people who find it difficult to find their place in the world. Therefore, the brand radically changes the familiar styles and creates new hyperbolized forms. So you get a voluminous pillow dress made of several silver tiers, a fluffy white suit with a skirt or a soft black free-form jumpsuit made of quilted fabric. We see more familiar and understandable silhouettes in dresses, where the fringe becomes the dominant one. The top of the semi-transparent blue midi dress is decorated with long threads, and the model in black with a large frill at the hem is decorated with bundles of fabric.

GRACIELA HUAM (Peru)
The main elements of the GRACIELA HUAM brand are knitwear with an emphasis on conscious consumption. Each piece is made by hand according to traditional methods. The new collection is dedicated to the movement that was so lacking during the pandemic. On cardigans and jumpers, contrasting curved lines of plaits appear, which turn into inscriptions and unified compositions. The form of clothing itself is also in motion. The high-necked sweater flows thanks to the voluminous sleeves and special knitting, and the polo shirt opens due to the clear lines of the collar. The entire collection is made in rich colors: brick, grass, turquoise, gray-blue, olive.

LEADER by VADIM MERLIS
Vadim Merlis usually creates clothes for bright and energetic women of the big city. This season, the designer has focused on young people and has developed a special collection for children from 4 to 17 years old under the brand "LEADER BY VADIM MERLIS" in the style of street fashion. His inspiration was young creative guys who constantly come up with something and are not afraid of bright solutions. 65% of the collection is upcycled, so many items are made from different fabrics. The designer appreciates the childish bold approach to life and adds ironic inscriptions and stripes to his products. There are no boundaries in the choice of style. For young rockers - boiled jeans, an abundance of chains, metal fittings even on ordinary T-shirts. Little rebellious punks will get flashy looks in yellow and pink neon and leather bombers. And future pop stars will be able to try on daring dresses with tulle hem. There are also looks for every day, just like in adults: oversized plaid shirts, blazers with bulky shoulders and customized T-shirts and sweatshirts.

VINA
VINA is an upscale project that gives a second life to familiar things. Their products are very feminine and romantic: a skirt made of ties, a dress made of a shirt with slits, a jacket with pink pompoms. Especially for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia, the brand has developed clothing for volunteers. In their online presentation, VINA showed the process: from a dozen different striped and checkered shirts, a stylish uniform turned out. The brand used the sleeves and the main parts of different products and added fabric patches with the company logo on the back.

NASTYA NEKRASOVA (Russia)
Nastya Nekrasova has been creating men's and women's clothing for four years. The designer studies her sources of inspiration very carefully, explores the material and forms. In the video presentation of the new collection, the brand uses a collage technique and demonstrates clothes on one static model against the background of changing abstractions. All images are designed in three colors: black, red and milk. The designer plays with floral textures: scarlet roses adorn a leather trench coat, and a maxi dress consists entirely of 3D applications that resemble black flowers. The designer adds cascading layers to the hem and coat and balances them with strict trousers and jackets.

o5o (Russia)
The Moscow brand o5o with Yakut roots turns to a variety of socio-cultural problems for inspiration. The new collection is called "boh" [beh], which in Yakut means "garbage". Nostalgia for the 2000s connects the images with each other – the clothes were created from store remnants of that time, which were found in warehouses. All products are made using the upcycling technique, and for some it was even possible to leave zero waste. The collection mixes the fabrics of the past and the cut of the future. Shabby denim, boiled textiles in brown shades, soft pink satin remind of the fashion of the beginning of this millennium. At the same time, futuristic crop tops, corset blouses with side slits, wide belts with decorative trim and contrasting elongated sleeves with ties show us the upcoming trends.

GUIDO VERA (Chile)
Who are the modern nomads? GUIDO VERA is looking for an answer to this question through her creativity. In the video presentation, the Chilean brand talked to immigrants who moved to the capital of the country – Santiago. Discussing the concept of home and the differences between nationalities, the designers presented the "NOVA TERRA" collection. The brand's clothing helps to emphasize individuality, while remaining comfortable. It is made in natural colors: terracotta, asphalt, rich black, sky blue, sunny yellow and snow white. Most silhouettes remain relaxed: maxi dresses without a belt, single-breasted coats, suit shorts, loose blouses with a stand-up collar. When sewing, we use a new generation of vegan fabrics: for example, organic cotton or biodegradable textiles.

Svetlana Evstigneeva x Pavel T
Designer Svetlana Evstigneeva presented her cruise collection "SHOW ME LOVE" together with the jewelry brand of Russian artist Pavel Trofimov, Pavel.T. More than thirty looks of haute couture and prêt-à-porter de luxe turned out to be almost weightless thanks to translucent textures. Ruffles, dropped sleeves, ruffles at the collars and hem helped create this effect. Gold jewelry resembles sun glare, and diamonds imitate the glow of distant stars. This is echoed by embroidery on translucent dresses and a cosmic palette. Light dresses open the collection, followed by blue-purple looks with a yellow accent, and outfits in dark, saturated colors complete the show. The show took place at the Avilon Legend dealership in Moscow.

LINUS LEONARDSSON (UK)
British designer Linus Leonardsson presents a new collection "Let There Be Light", which becomes a projection of dreams and utopian fantasies of the modern world. The dream of digital reality collides with everyday objects. In the collection, holographic fabrics and tight-fitting futuristic jumpsuits are easily combined with knitted products and puffed jackets. In his agender collection, Linus Leonardsson chooses bright, maximalistic forms. The designer believes that dresses with slits, a gathered skirt and latex pants with ruffles can be worn by people of any gender. Supporting the ideas of sustainable development, the brand uses leftover textiles and recycled fabrics of local production.

Vereja (Russia)
Designer Igor Andreev presents the first meaningful collection of the Vereja brand. He abandons a clearly constructed concept and creates clothes on a whim. Some of his products he knits himself with a hook, and some become the product of recycling old tablecloths, curtains, knitwear and denim from second-hand stores. The designer creates a single ensemble of a knitted white dress and a pink headscarf, complementing the image with floral appliques on the back. The designer's own baby booties can be found on the red and light green sweater. The knitted bodice, the trend of the coming summer, is combined with jeans made of different scraps of denim and white trousers in the croche technique. The brand offers not to be limited to clothing and presents rings made of wool.
